He graduated in 1983 from the College of Industrial Physics and Chemistry in Paris, France and then worked successively in Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and France from 1985 to 1998.
His experience in the chemical, cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries covered areas of Business Development, Marketing administration and Sales, coordinating new product launches and widening distribution networks in multinational and medium-sized companies in Europe and on several world markets.
